The property is bordered by a lake separating it from the Golf itself with a magnificent panoramic view of the Doi Suthep (mountain on which is built the famous temple Wat Prathat Doi Suthep) / Doi Pui / Doi Saket.
The garden with many magnificent trees is calm and peaceful with several stone tables and benches and a small artificial river into which a wild waterfall flows.The house is Lanna Colonial style with an octagonal shape reminiscent of the Burmese influence of the region with modern, colorful and original interior decoration.
It consists of a main living / dining room with kitchen area, a bedroom with two large beds (queen size and king size), a bathroom / toilet under a "starry" glazed sky and an outdoor toilet.
The house is ideal for a couple or a family with two or three young children, a sofa being convertible into a bed in the living room. High-speed wifi, a Boze device that you can connect to your laptop/smartphone and a smart television with DVD player, Netflix, prime video, youtube, etc ...are available. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a gas cooker, a fridge / freezer and all the relevant equipment for cooking.
